Appearance-Her fur is tawny-gray with black tabby markings. She is small but agile. Her face is round, with startling blue eyes and large ears that give her a keen sense of hearing. Her legs and tail are long relative to the size of her body. Her tail has a habit of wrapping around the closest thing, which was a problem in her training.(Her tail would wrap around a light twig and break it, startling prey) Her claws are unusually short, though very sharp.

Personality-Rainsong is very cheerful. She is empathetic and is double-sided, as she can listen to a cat's problems but also talk to them when they just want to listen. She is patient with the kits and apprentices and has been seen tagging along with them when they go to the elders' den to listen to stories. She has an uncanny talent for being able to tell what you're feeling and pick up what's wrong.

She can also have a wandering memory, and sometimes forgets what you tell her to do and remembers a while later. When she is talking to you, she might say something completely different, or see a piece of prey and stop talking.

All of this bubbly personality goes away when she is around other cats. She is very loyal to Ashclan, and when Rainsong goes to a Gathering, the best a cat will get is a glare and a scowl. Though she follows the Warrior Code to the best of her ability, she would the one to break a truce at a Gathering.

History-Rainsong was born into a litter of an astonishing 5 kits to the great warriors Mintshine and Eagleclaw, a runt. She was used to not getting a lot of attention until 3 of her litter-mates died in an epidemic of green-cough, leaving just her brother Stormkit(Stormheart-Adoptable), and her parents practically worshipped him and his sister. He was the image of a good warrior, and Rainsong looked up to him. He was very protective of her and they formed a strong bond.

She was apprenticed to a mysterious warrior named Ravenfur(Adoptable) who trained her to be stealthy and agile, one of the best hunters in the clan. Her brother and she made a great team, as he was an amazing fighter. They exchanged tips and by the time they reached 12 moons, both were very worthy of their titles of a warrior, until her brother was injured in a fall from a tree. He was deemed unable to fight or hunt again, and he settled into a depressing lifestyle of no purpose until he found his meaning as a medicine cat apprentice.

Rainsong never really felt complete without her brother not at her side but worked hard to serve her clan and eventually earned the post of deputy.

After a couple of moons as deputy, Rainsong fell in love with a warrior named Badgertail from Sageclan, and fought with herself on what to do. Her decision was made for her when Badgertail died in a fight with Fernclan. She declared to never love a cat again.
